Cumberland supervisors certify closed meeting complied with Virginia open-meetings law

The certification also affirms that "no action was taken in closed session." The document in the meeting record bears the signature line for John Newman, Chairman, and includes the printed name of William P. "Jay" Scudder, Interim County Administrator, on the form filed with the minutes.
