The Kerman City Council convened a special meeting at 5:02 p.m. on June 12, 2026. After the flag salute and roll call (Councilmembers Hall, Dhaliwal and Pacheco present; Councilmember Herrera and Mayor Pro Tem Yep absent), the council approved the agenda. Councilmember Hall moved to approve the agenda and Councilmember Dhaliwal seconded; the motion passed on a 3-0 vote.
The council then considered a single substantive agenda item (Resolution 26-41, a construction contract change order for Hart Ranch Community Park). Following the recorded vote on that resolution, the meeting adjourned at 5:12 p.m. The meeting minutes were certified by City Clerk Dalia Santana-Zamudio on June 15, 2026 with a written signature.
