A committee member moved to approve the minutes for the June 29 meeting; the Chair called the vote and said the motion carried. During the Redevelopment Area 3 item, the committee moved and approved forwarding the redevelopment plan after a presentation and a unanimous recommendation from the planning commission. The Chair identified the item as bill number 26-27 and said it is eligible for adoption at the City Council meeting on Aug. 19, 2026.
No members of the public spoke during the public comment periods for these items. The meeting then proceeded to citizen participation (Item 6), where again no commenters came forward; the Chair adjourned the session.
