Kristen Papaspiri, representing the Puget Sound High Value Network, said PSHVN is “comprised of some of the highest quality health care organizations in Washington state.” She gave the network scale: “over 2,000 primary care providers… over 8,000 specialists, 1,200 clinics, and 15 hospitals.”
Papaspiri highlighted PSHVN’s concierge services, including a dedicated call center with broad hours (noted as 7AM–7PM) to help members schedule appointments, locate providers and connect to 24/7 nurse lines or hospital patient portals. She urged members to use the PSHVN website and the network’s provider-search tools to confirm whether a given provider participates in the plan.
