"So what had occurred with our 2024, we've reached the end of our $30,000 NTE on it," Lawrence said.
Commissioners discussed structure and task-order thresholds for larger work; staff noted that full-design contracts would be executed separately when a project advances beyond schematics. The motion to approve the on-call agreement passed, contingent on final review by staff and counsel.
