Open enrollment for 2025 runs Oct. 28–Nov. 25. The Puget Sound High Value Network plan is available only to members who live in King, Kitsap, Pierce, Snohomish or Yakima counties; PSHVN will not be offered in Chelan or Douglas counties in 2025.
Ashley Litt, on the Regence account-management team, announced the open enrollment window: “Open enrollment begins October 28 and ends November 25.” She said the Puget Sound High Value Network (PSHVN) service area covers King, Kitsap, Pierce, Snohomish and Yakima counties and cautioned that PSHVN “will no longer be available in Chelan or Douglas Counties.”
Lauren Johnston reiterated enrollment steps and deadlines, directing members to benefits247.hca.wa.gov or hca.wa.gov/erb to enroll online and noting that paper 2025 enrollment-change forms “must be received by HCA no later than November 25.” Members with questions can also visit PSHVN booths at benefits fairs or call customer service for help.
