At its April 14, 2025 meeting the Londonderry Planning Commission recorded the following motions and outcomes: deletion of the planned Housing Commission discussion (passed unanimously); addition of a New Business item on a river-corridor presentation (passed unanimously); approval of minutes as presented (passed unanimously); election of Jennifer Greenfield (Chair) and Brent Bammarito (Vice Chair) (passed unanimously); nomination for Clerk declined by the nominee; adoption of Rules of Procedure as amended (passed unanimously); designation of posting locations and meeting schedule (passed unanimously); appointment of Pamela Spaulding to the Housing Commission (passed unanimously); reappointment of Brent Bammarito and Trevor Powers to the STR Committee (passed unanimously); and adjournment at 7:37 P.M. (passed unanimously).
