The Planning Commission voted unanimously to adopt amended Rules of Procedure and to set regular meetings for the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 6 P.M. at Town Hall, 139 Middletown Road, until the Town Office renovations are finished. The commission agreed that meetings may move to the Town Office Building or be held remotely as permitted by law.
Under the adopted procedure changes, the commission shortened the agenda posting window from five days to three calendar days (the Friday prior to a regular meeting) and deleted two previously listed physical posting locations. Commissioners also designated the Town Office Building, the Londonderry Post Office, and the South Londonderry Post Office as the physical locations for agenda posting; agendas will also appear on the town website.
