All recorded motions carried unanimously.
The board voted 6–0 to approve the consent agenda following Treasurer Craig Hepner's report. Subsequent motions approved five hires/transfers (Trevor Workman, Sydnee Wright, Katrina Bromann, Janice Johnson and Hallie Nelson), accepted resignations from Jordan Strange, Jaren Mason and Lainey Mason, adopted policy 7:60 (Residence) on second reading, and approved the contract with Newkirk & Associates for the annual audit. Movers and seconders are recorded in the minutes for each motion; every recorded vote was "Aye: Barnes, Byone, Carpenter, Cowie, Miller, and Morey."
