Commissioners reached "consensus to review this with the rest of the Budget Committee at a meeting and then return for approval," the meeting record states.
The special meeting, called to order at 10:00 a.m. at the Curry County Office Building in Gold Beach, listed Chair Jay Trost, Vice-Chair Patrick Hollinger and Commissioner Lynn Coker as present; Administrative Assistant Natasha Tippetts prepared the minutes. The board conducted a public hearing on the revised FY25-26 budget but did not adopt the budget at this session. The record indicates the board's action was to refer the revised proposal to the Budget Committee for joint review and to return to the board for a future approval vote.
No public comments were offered during the hearing. The board recessed into an executive session later in the meeting and adjourned at 12:30 p.m. The minutes were later dated and signed on May 19, 2026.
