Several payroll and maintenance claims were approved under the consent agenda, including maintenance claims totaling $27,329.50, paid claims of $20.00, actual payroll claims of $100,476.64 (pay period ending Oct. 10, 2025), and estimated payroll claims of $108,782.86 (pay period ending Oct. 24, 2025).
The minutes also record that the council rescinded a prior $7,000.00 claim to Holloway, Updike & Bellen, Inc. and instead approved Claim #20154 to that firm in the amount of $5,000.00 for engineering on final design of the Bristow Heartland Industrial Park (paid from an Oklahoma Department of Commerce grant).
