Council adopts Seville Access Road and Brickyard Loop Trail contracts (Ordinances 26-053, 26-054)

Council adopted two third-reading ordinances on May 19, 2026 that authorize the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids, receive bids, and award contracts for local capital projects. Ordinance No. 26-053 covers the Seville Access Road project; Ordinance No. 26-054 covers the Brickyard Loop Trail project. Both were sponsored by Council Member Chris Maxwell and were adopted after Council called the question and voted unanimously.
