Council approved a retroactive purchase of a 2021 CF Moto CForce 600 with plow from Marvin Phillips for $5,000 to be assigned to capital equipment use for plowing bridges and borough sidewalks, park cleanup and trash collection. The ATV was inspected by Leisure Time in Corry, Pa., which reported only normal wear items needing attention.
The council moved to approve the purchase retroactively; Councilor Joyce moved and Councilor Steadman seconded the motion. The funding will come from the Capital Equipment fund and staff will maintain the vehicle as part of the borough fleet.
