Borough Manager Cindy Wells told the council the borough had secured three grants totaling $264,000 for continuing improvements to the first floor of the City Building. The grants include a $75,000 ECGRA Anchor Building Grant, a $35,000 Helping Today Grant through the ECF, and $154,000 from the Community Project Fund obtained via Representative Mike Kelly's office.
Wells said the combined funds would be used for ongoing improvements to the building’s first floor; the council accepted the report and did not record opposition. Staff will proceed with planning and implementation consistent with grant requirements.
