Knight also reported the board unanimously ratified a separation agreement with one classified employee (coordinator of attendance outreach, employee number 532255).
Later in open session the board considered disciplinary action and took a roll‑call vote to accept and approve the recommended expulsion for case number 9 effective April 8, 2025 through at least June 30, 2025. During the roll call trustees Durney, Knight, Williams, Vincent, and Weller all voted 'aye.' The motion to accept the stipulated expulsion agreement was moved and seconded by trustees in attendance.
