"This 30 month campus expansion completed in May, doubling the size of the clinic, and the clinic remained open for this entire period," Fernando said, adding the campus now includes dental specialty services, a food shelf distribution operation, a child wellness center and a teaching kitchen. She told the board the county’s investments around Penn and Plymouth totaled $90,000,000 and noted workforce development and apprenticeship hours contributed to the project’s completion.
Board members congratulated the facility teams and highlighted the project’s role in expanding services for North Minneapolis residents.
