The communications committee reported on website strategy and recent work transitioning to ParentSquare as the district's informational feed. The committee recommended that each campus principal take responsibility for updates to their campus pages while the district-level web updates remained to be assigned.
"We assisted in transitioning the district to Parent Square, which I think has been pretty successful," the committee member said while summarizing accomplishments. The committee also proposed publishing the Tiger Times approximately every nine weeks and engaging high-school yearbook classes to assist. Members recommended continuing the communications committee on a regular or as-needed basis to ensure consistent public information.
