The South Weber City Planning Commission took three formal actions on March 12: it approved the Feb. 12, 2026 minutes; it voted to recommend that the City Council approve a rezone of roughly 1.45 acres at 1121 E. Lester Street from Agricultural to R-L; and it adjourned at 6:53 p.m.
The minutes approval was moved by Commissioner Davis and seconded by Commissioner Dopp; Commissioners Dopp, McFadden and Roberts voted aye. The rezone recommendation was moved by Commissioner Chris Roberts and seconded by Commissioner McFadden; Commissioners Dopp, McFadden and Roberts voted aye and the motion carried. Commissioner Roberts moved to adjourn; Commissioner McFadden seconded and the motion carried on a roll call vote. The meeting minutes were prepared by Michelle Clark and attested by Deputy Recorder Raelyn Boman.
