The Round Valley Area Municipal Advisory Council approved several procedural and substantive items on Feb. 5. Kay Richards moved to approve the agenda and later moved to approve the Dec. 4, 2024 and Jan. 7, 2025 minutes; both motions passed without objection.
The council approved a letter of support for correspondence from Joann Williamson and Rio Cardone regarding illegal cannabis operations and approved Draft Letter B to listed state and county agencies and NGOs (with an explicit exclusion of federal agencies, including ICE). Marylou Mileck moved to approve a letter requesting that the Board of Supervisors waive fees and ask DOT to correct road listings for Ledger Lane, Charlie Hurt Road and Hopper Lane; that motion also passed without objection. Kathy Britton moved to adjourn at 8:02 p.m.; the meeting adjourned with no objection.
