Road crews report post‑rain repairs; county receives blade report

During the Sept. 8 meeting the County Manager and Road Supervisor presented the road department update and distributed the blade report documenting recent repairs and maintenance activities.
County Manager Daniel Zamora said crews have been repairing roads damaged by recent rain events. Road Supervisor Quade Fury provided the blade report, which is included in the meeting record and lists block-by-block blade and maintenance activity for August (daily logs appear in the record). The items in the report include pothole repairs, ditch pulling, mowing and low-water crossing cleanup; several specific small culvert extensions and cattle-guard inspections were noted.
There was no separate vote; the report was received by the board for the record. County staff said they will continue weather-related repairs and monitor prioritized sections in the coming weeks.
