Smith enumerated adjustments by fund and department, including an updated General Fund figure of $15,689,176 and notable fund allocations such as $1,000,000 to the School Zone Safety Fund (Fund 230) and bond-related totals in Funds 701 and 702. Councilmember Emil Powella moved to approve the amendment (Ordinance No. 2026-672), Councilmember Scott Batterton seconded, and the motion passed 4-0.
The amendment reconciles mid-year receipts and bond issuances that require adjustments to appropriations and revenue recognition. The action authorizes staff to execute accounting transfers and to proceed under the revised appropriations for the remainder of FY 2025–2026.
