The warrants list includes several sizable items: $117,750 to Sheridan County Fulmer Public Library, $50,000 to the Sheridan County Fair Association, $30,717.11 to Dell Marketing for computer equipment, $25,000 to Memorial Hospital, and multiple airport-related construction and maintenance payments. Airport-specific invoices include a $321,093.97 payment to Oftedal Construction for realigning Taxiway A and a $37,197 payment to AXE Building LLC for hangar improvements.
