The Special Board meeting of the Board of Education, Independent District No. 51, Foley, Minnesota, was called to order by Chair Pamela Vizenor at 6:00pm on Monday, Feb. 23, 2026, at the Foley Intermediate School Media Center. "The Pledge of Allegiance was recited," the minutes state.
Shortly after opening, Board member Patric Lewandowski moved to approve the meeting agenda; Nathan Anderson seconded the motion and it passed unanimously, 7-0. At 6:01 p.m., Lewandowski moved (seconded by Anderson) to move into a closed session "to discuss Superintendent's Evaluation," and the motion carried 7-0.
The minutes record that the closed session ended at 7:50 p.m. and the board resumed the special meeting; a motion to return to open session was made by Wayne Wilson and seconded by Patric Lewandowski and carried unanimously.
