The GUNTER ISD Board of Trustees adopted the district'025–26 ad valorem tax rate after hearing the district—irst-month financial report. The superintendent presented the proposed debt service (I&S) rate and maintenance-and-operations (M&O) rate, and trustees voted to adopt the rates as presented.
The district finance presenter summarized July ending balances and month-to-date results. "For the general fund, the Lamar checking, we ended with $1,346,584.64," the presenter said. The report listed checking and investment balances across general, debt-service and construction accounts and said total investments and month revenues and expenditures were included in the packet. Trustees moved and voted to adopt the proposed tax rate and carried routine financial items on the consent and regular agendas.
