Elementary and high school principals review end-of-year testing, events and graduation plans

At the May 11 meeting, elementary and high school principals reported on FASTBridge and MCA/AP testing, concerts, prom, senior activities, transitions and summer learning opportunities.
Jeff Keil presented elementary updates: FASTBridge testing and data reviews, concerts, kindergarten graduation, Camp ReadALot, Summer Gamma and STEM opportunities. Keil's report was presented before the formal call to order, and the minutes note the elementary update under Principal's Reports.
High school principal Chad Christianson outlined end-of-year and senior activities including concerts, prom, Grade 6 transition planning, senior awards night, WCEO trade show and BPA NLC participation, visual arts activities, an upcoming senior class trip, MCA and AP testing, Chromebook collection, end-of-year checkout, the senior walkthrough, a senior cookout and graduation.
Both principals noted standard end-of-year operations and student activities; the minutes do not include specific dates for graduation or test score summaries.
