Board approves personnel changes including new district nurse and coaches

New hires approved for the 2025–26 school year include Alicia Napier as district nurse, Allison Griner as an elementary teacher, Corene Reneau as a junior high/high school paraprofessional, Ty Boden as an evening custodian (beginning Aug. 11, 2025), Mary White as a bus aide, Shane Curry as head high school boys basketball coach, and Erica Clark as head junior high volleyball coach. The motion carried with a recorded vote: Aye: McCleery, Webb, Thompson, McGrew and Hess.
