President Ron Modglin called the Village of Cambria special meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Community Center, the minutes state. Roll call recorded six trustees—Suzzette Coffey, Robby Chitwood, Mark Phillips, Mike Ren, Robin McFarlin and Marshal Brown—and one guest, Kenny Bailey.
Following a motion by Trustee Robin McFarlin to adopt Ordinance 01-25-662 and a second from Trustee Mike Ren, the minutes say a roll-call vote was taken and all trustees present voted in favor. Trustee Robby Chitwood then moved to adjourn at 6:35 p.m.; Trustee Robin McFarlin seconded and the meeting ended. The minutes do not record additional discussion or public comment.
