Cambria trustees approve minutes, disbursements and insurance renewals

The Village of Cambria Board voted Aug. 5 to approve several routine housekeeping items, including minutes for July 1, July 8, and July 10, 2025, and to authorize disbursements to vendors and employees as shown on the meeting agenda.
Trustee Robin Mcfarlin moved to approve the minutes and to authorize the listed disbursements; Marshall Brown seconded the disbursement motion and a roll-call vote was taken with all Trustees present voting in favor. The minutes show trustee votes were unanimous among those present (Suzzette Coffey, Mark Phillips, Robin Mcfarlin, Mike Ren and Marshall Brown; Robby Chitwood was not present).
The Board also approved the annual renewal of Delta Dental insurance after a motion by Mcfarlin and a second from Suzzette Coffey. Trustees approved a motion to continue Village-funded mowing behind the abandoned Mini Mart after Mcfarlin moved and Mike Ren seconded the motion. All these motions carried by roll call.
