Board adopts MSHSL membership resolution and approves boys track coop restructuring

The Hill City School Board voted to adopt the district’s 2026–27 membership resolution for the Minnesota State High School League, authorizing the school’s continued participation in MSHSL-sponsored interscholastic activities.
At the April 27 meeting (minutes attached and approved May 18), the board approved dissolving the current DR/HC/N boys track cooperative and authorized a new DR/HC/NR/Olson cooperative to begin in the 2026–27 school year. The motions were presented and passed during the April meeting and recorded in the minutes as unanimous votes.
Separately, the board approved hiring Carol Procopio as the Storm Head Volleyball coach for the 2026–27 season. The MSHSL membership resolution and coop changes were presented as routine business in the minutes and are recorded as passed.
