Makanda board approves minutes, accepts treasurer's report and adjourns

The board concluded business and, on motion by Trustee Wolff seconded by Trustee Ross, adjourned at 8:18 p.m.; the minutes record that all members present voted yes on the adjournment motion. These routine procedural approvals were recorded by voice vote; no roll-call tallies beyond the statement "all members present at roll call voted yes" were provided in the minutes.
