Trustee Cardenaz moved to accept the resolution; Trustee Hilliard seconded. A voice vote of those present at roll call voted yes and the motion carried.
• Adjournment: Trustee Ross moved to adjourn; Trustee Dalton seconded. Voice vote unanimous; meeting adjourned at 7:48 p.m.
