Wyatt opens Bristow Hospital Authority meeting; trustees adjourn after routine business

The Bristow Hospital Authority convened Nov. 3, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, with Chairman Kris Wyatt presiding. Trustees present were Joe Church, Kevin Deshazo, Heather Green, Frank Groom, Judd Johns and Randy Witty; trustees Jeryn Fletcher and Jeff Roberts were absent.
Roll-call votes were used for all procedural motions recorded in the minutes. After approving minutes and a consent-item maintenance claim, Trustee Joe Church moved to adjourn, seconded by Trustee Kevin Deshazo; the motion passed on a roll-call vote with the six present trustees recorded as Aye. The minutes are signed by Secretary Sabrina Mounce and Chairman Kris Wyatt.
