Church also moved to approve the special meeting minutes of Oct. 27, 2025, with Trustee Kevin Deshazo seconding; that motion likewise passed. Later, Trustee Judd Johns moved to approve the consent agenda item listed as "Approval of Maintenance Claims in the amount of $808.76," seconded by Trustee Frank Groom; the board voted Aye and approved the $808.76 maintenance claim.
The minutes record that no trustees raised comments or questions during the meeting.
