The Bristow Municipal Authority on Nov. 3 approved its consent agenda, including maintenance claims, payroll claims and a budgeted interfund transfer of $50,000 to the City General Fund. Trustee Joe Church moved to approve the consent agenda and Trustee Heather Green seconded; a roll-call vote recorded unanimous Aye votes from trustees present and the motion carried.
The consent agenda listed maintenance claims totaling $45,227.72, paid claims of $1,456.85, actual payroll claims of $15,501.78 for the pay period ending Oct. 24, 2025, and estimated payroll claims of $21,860.26 for the pay period ending Nov. 7, 2025. The minutes state: "Approval of a budgeted transfer in the amount of $50,000.00 from the Municipal Authority General fund to the City General Fund." The transfer was presented as budgeted and no dissent or conditions were recorded in the minutes.
