The Special Meeting of the Bristow Municipal Authority was called to order at 6:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building on Oct. 8, 2025. Chairman Kris Wyatt presided and a roll call recorded Trustees Joe Church, Heather Green, Frank Groom, Judd Johns, Kevin Deshazo and Randy Witty as present; Trustees Jeryn Fletcher and Jeff Roberts were absent.
Following the roll call, the board approved a consent agenda of claims to Nobel Systems and then a motion to adjourn was made by Trustee Joe Church, seconded by Trustee Judd Johns. A roll call vote of present trustees recorded unanimous approval to adjourn, and the meeting was closed. The minutes bear the attestation of Secretary Sabrina Mounce and Chairman Kris Wyatt.
