He also invited board members to join a staff lunch on May 7 and thanked Roger Hoffmann for a donation that purchased a new tuba for the music program.
Johnson said administrators are evaluating bleacher costs for the stage and are adjusting the new auditorium camera and sound system. Crisa Mortenson offered to help with graduation diplomas. No formal decisions were made; staff will continue planning and report back.
