The Nevis Public School District Board of Education approved a consent agenda that included a bundle of classroom and program donations totaling $5,350, and an adjustment to Community Education pay for Little League umpires.
According to the consent-list entry, donations included Flex Seating, classroom libraries, STEM activities and other items funded through Itasca-Mantrap Operation Round Up and Tolstad Seed. The board also approved "increase Community Education Little League baseball umpire stipend from $24 per hour with a maximum of three hours to $28 per hour with a three hour maximum." The consent agenda motion was made by Aimee Plumley and seconded by Ben Hass and carried unanimously.
