Superintendent Charles (Chip) Ray Rankin had provided financial and program updates earlier in the meeting, including a summary of bills, K–12 revenue and expenditures, foodservice activity, the district investment report and an update on the Little Lakers Child Care Center. The board did not attach conditions to the payment authorization in the minutes. The board convened and adjourned the meeting in Glenwood, with the record showing the action taken under roll call.
