CES95 board accepts FY24 audit, approves financial reports and consent agenda

At the Dec. 19 meeting the Carbondale Elementary School District No. 95 board approved the consent agenda, which included acceptance of minutes and the district’s financial reports (approval of bills, treasurer’s report, revenue and expenditure reports, and activity fund reports). Trustee Aimee Wigfall moved and Trustee Stacye Saunders seconded approval of the FY24 audit report; the board accepted the audit as presented on a roll-call vote.
The minutes list the financial items under Consent Agenda Item 5.2 and record that there were no FOIA requests or donations under communications. The board approved the consent agenda and the audit with six yes votes and Trustee Corey Cawthon absent.
