County supervisor outlines parks, wildfire work and budget pressure; $700,000 set aside for Springs Plaza purchase

She described the new 24/7 harm-reduction vending machine at the library containing Narcan, condoms, gun locks and hygiene supplies and outlined plans for a mobile resource van to bring county services to underserved areas. On budget matters she warned of large near-term gaps and said county staff are preparing a lean budget and engaging state partners to seek additional support.
