The committee moved through routine business and approvals. After committee reports, Mr. Bomba moved and Mrs. Shaw seconded to approve committee reports; the committee approved audited vouchers in the amount of $168,041.93 on a motion by Mr. Pelura, seconded by Mrs. Shaw. Monthly reports for January were approved on a motion by Mr. Pelura, seconded by Mr. Bomba. The committee also approved minutes from the Feb. 5 regular meeting and budget meetings of Feb. 1 and Feb. 8 following a motion by Mr. Bomba and second by Mrs. Shaw.
Mr. Pelura and Mayor Brown provided information on the PPA revaluation: revaluation work is complete and appeals must be filed with the County by May 1; assessment cards are available at the Tax Office and Assessor's Office and appeal information appears on the back of the assessment card. Mayor Brown also summarized county planning updates and upcoming budget meetings.
