"Federal resources have moved up according to federal law from 10,000 to 15,000," the superintendent said while walking the board through the two small changes. The board moved and seconded the update and approved it by voice vote. Administration emphasized that some contract types still require the superintendent's signature and that departmental oversight would continue.
