The presentation also noted increases to district benefit contributions for the contract years and adjustments to long‑term disability and dental coverage. HR described the total two‑year investment as $173,374 and characterized the package as consistent with board financial parameters.
Director Thomas Brooks moved to approve the agreement and Director Kelsey Dawson seconded; the board approved the contract with a recorded vote of 6 to 0. HR said implementation will begin with payroll and benefits processes following ratification.
