The Governance, Policy and Economic Development Committee approved the minutes from its July 6 meeting after a motion and second.
"I'd like to make a motion that we approve the minutes for July 20 July 6," Councilor Suzette DeBethan Brown said; the motion was seconded and the committee answered "Aye," with the chair declaring the motion passed.
Chair recognized resident Aaron Behringer and praised a Caribbean Festival fundraiser that raised money for Interval House and teacher supplies. Councilor Brown offered a brief personal message for the clerk, moved to adjourn, and with no further business the chair declared the meeting adjourned.
