The minutes record Resolution 7470 as "declaring a Public Nuisance of Weeds, Trash and/ or Inoperable Vehicle on the property located at 100 Wheeler Drive, Hueytown," and similar language was used for successive properties across the listed resolutions. The minutes show Council Member Jacks moved to adopt the resolutions; the roll-call votes as recorded were unanimous for each address.
