CES95 board approves multiple personnel actions, names Director of Data and Lewis School principal

The Carbondale Elementary School District No. 95 board on Jan. 23 accepted the resignation of Cobin Blessing, an instructional aide at Parrish School, and approved multiple hires across paraprofessional, custodial and certified ranks. The board approved employment of Lashonda McCoy as a student supervisory aide (pending clear CBI) and approved custodial hires Alan Mighell and Debbie Mighell for Carbondale Middle School.
In certified personnel actions, the board approved the employment of Robby Clark-Stokes as Director of Data effective July 1, 2025, and approved Lindsey Cobb as Principal at Lewis School for the 2025–26 school year. Trustees also approved posting an additional 4th-grade teacher position at Lewis School in response to higher enrollment in the current 3rd-grade class. All personnel motions passed by roll-call vote with members present voting yes. "Recommend approving the employment of Robby Clark-Stokes as the Director of Data effective July 1, 2025," the minutes record.
The board noted that several hires are contingent on standard background checks and CBIs where required.
