The Village of Carbon Hill Board approved the Jan. 7, 2025 regular and special meeting minutes and the Feb. 4, 2025 Treasurer's Report during procedural business at its Feb. 4 meeting. Motions to approve the minutes and the treasurer's report were each seconded and carried with four ayes; Trustees Lorna Surman and Lori Togliatti were recorded absent.
Clerk Jennifer Hamerla reported the village received a thank-you card from WeCare for the village's donation. Other department reports (attorney, engineer, treasurer, water clerk, finance, maintenance, streets & alleys, water & sewer, park, mayor) were recorded as 'None' or the responsible official was not present. The meeting adjourned after the board's procedural business and new business items.
