The agenda listed the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (Blue Edge HSA) annual premium at $55,973.16, up from $32,537.16 the prior year.
Trustee Lisa Dreifurst moved to establish the consent agenda and Trustee Todd Cantrell seconded; the roll call was Alonzo, Cantrell, Clark, Dreher, Dreifurst and Harris — all voting yes (6-yes, 0-no, 0-absent). Later Trustee LeeVon Harris moved to approve the consent agenda as established and Trustee Wendi Alonzo seconded; the approval vote was recorded identically (6-yes, 0-no, 0-absent). The consent package included agenda items 5.B (insurance renewal), 5.C (Resolution No. 2024-01 compensation), 5.D–5.E (Ordinances No. 2024-09 and 2024-10 on salaries and wages), meeting dates, and routine minutes and notices.
