The motion to approve the monetary donations was moved by Jay Schneider and seconded by Jeff Stangler and was recorded as passed.
The minutes also include a thank-you to Industrial Technology instructor Chris Dahle and his students for constructing the new boardroom table; that recognition was recorded in the meeting's recognition section.
