W‑E‑M board approves four policies and authorizes HR/payroll services and asbestos removal bid

The motions were made by Gary Michael and seconded by Jeff Stangler and recorded as carrying with six votes in favor.
The board also approved a proposal for human resources and payroll services on a motion by Jon Bakken, seconded by Gary Michael, and accepted the HVAC Renovation Phase II asbestos removal bid results on a motion by Jay Schneider, seconded by Jeff Stangler.
